Photorforge2 has been working fine on my 4s. I use it quite a lot. I don't have photowizard so can't comment...other than to say that I am not a fan of apps that don't save full res.....so just for that reason I'd not use it.

While I like PhotoWizardHD, I just checked on a 9MP pic: PW saved it in "full" resolution as a 3MP pic; PF2 kept the original resolution (and PF2 seems to have the most options of where to put the pic—instagram, FB, photo card, tumblr, twitter, and more, if you're into social media).
Plus, PF2 kept the metadata, whereas PW destroyed it. But PW sure turns out good pics with its many tools and filters—and most importantly, its ability to create, very easily, highly fine-tuned masks. That's what I love and wish more apps had thIs capability.

I've read that both of these are good but both seem to have their drawbacks. Photoforge 2 some people are saying crashes frequently while editing and PhotoWizard can't save HR photos above 5.0 MP.
What do you guys think is best?
