Macworld teaser 1

Yesterday I mentioned that in addition to providing useful links and covering key events from this weeks Macworld, I would also be publishing info on some non photo related iPhone accessories. Well today ahead of the official Macworld announcement I have my first accessory. I can not disclose what it is, or who it's by, but below is a teaser pic, any guesses on what it is?
More teasers coming soon ;)

I'm going to guess thats it's for directing sound from the speaker to whomever is holding/watching the phone. I tend to cup my right hand for the same effect when watching videos.

No Idea who makes it though.

There are two speakers on the bottom of the phone so I don't think it is for sound direction.

Ok my guess is that it's either a gelato scoop accessory for the iPhone

or

it's to allow video calling with a lense that moves the camera to the font and a scoop to enhance the mic combined with appropriate app or hac. but the mic is on the other side of the iphone (unless that image is flipped)

so

I reckon the first is more likely

Keep the guesses coming.

Thanks to those of you who responded to this post, and I can now confirm that indeed this little gadget is to stop you muffling the sound from your iPhone when playing games in landscape mode. I will post a short video showing surprisingly how well this works either later today or tomorrow, along with the makers details.
