Joby have just updated their Gorillamobile with the addition of a soft-touch iPhone case that quickly clips on and off the tripod, describing the Gorillamobile for iPhone 3G/3GS as the only case that comes with its own set of flexible, bendable legs.

The new Gorillamobile for iPhone 3G/3GS features:

  • Soft-touch iPhone case quickly clips on and off the Gorillamobile
  • Removable adhesive clips detach without leaving residue behind
  • A lock ring provides extra security to ensure your mobile device is safely attached
  • Universal camera adapter (1/4” tripod screw)
  • Over two dozen leg joints bend and rotate 360°
  • Rubberized ring and foot grips provide enhanced stability on difficult terrain

I just love the GorillaPod, have the previous version with the suction cup but unfortunately it couldn't hold the iPhone for a long period, this seems a lot better. Now if only the iPhone holder could be bought as a separate accessory.
