New iPhone Photo App: Photo Fx Pro

Description from the AppStore: Have you ever taken the perfect picture, only to find out later that there wasn't enough light? Maybe there was too much light. Or maybe the picture would look perfect in Black & White, or even Sepia. Maybe make it look cosmic by Inverting the colors or Metallic by using an emboss effect.

Well, now you can have any of those wishes by just pressing a couple of buttons.

Use Photo Fx Pro to brighten, darken, or use any other effect on your photos. Just run the application and choose a picture from your device library. Then choose Flash, Darken, B&W, Sepia, Invert, or Emboss to enhance your photo. Use the options as many times as you wish until the photo is to your liking.

Just hit 'Save' and the new photo is saved to your device.

Editors comments: I have not tried this app, but it is difficult to recommend apps of this type when there are already good well established ones out there.  What we need to start seeing a new and innovative photos apps entering the market.

New and innovative apps -- agreed, Glyn. And what I've found is that often the new apps fall way short of the level of expectation set by the early apps.
