Editors comments: I bought this app for my wife, as she wanted a simple tap to take app (she did not want or need the extra features of other apps like Camera Genius), however whilst this app was exactly what she was looking for the file output size was a poor 800 x 600!!! What was the developer thinking of???

Also this app is not "the first self-photo taking app for iPhone" and sadly gets a big thumbs down from me (and my wife).

Just try Big Button app from the same guys of Camera Genius.
It does the same and it's free.
