New iPhone Photo App: LOFI

Description from the AppStore: LOFI (LOw-FIdelity) is a most simply put a celebration of imperfection. Cross processing, also known as x-pro, is the art of developing film in the most untraditional ways, to give the most untraditionally beautiful appeals. LOFI takes the art of digital cross processing to a whole new level, giving you 12 totally different and unique processing styles. You can either process a single photo at a time, or process many photos together in templates, allowing for great color contrast and juxtaposition.

Worried about your resolution? No problem, LOFI will output at 3GS resolution. Just check out the application settings!

Want to share your photos? No worries, LOFI uploads to all your favorite social sites including Flickr, Twitter, Facebook, and more!

Editors comments: This is a great app with some interesting effects, and as one of the beta testers I was fortunate enough to have tried this app well before its release, and without hesitation I recommend this app.

I will be writing a full review of this app tomorrow, and will publish it on Monday, but to be honest don't wait for the review, just grab your copy now.

'Requires iPhone OS 3.1.2 or later'?
Hmm, I don't think I want to update from 3.0 just for this...
