You can use a video from your iPhone's library or instantly make a new video from inside the app.

Besides the effects you can also assign one of 5 different vignettes that will add to any of your video that stylish vintage look.

• You can accelerate or slow down any of your videos.
• You can add to your video one of 9 soundtracks included in the application. One of them is "Claire De Lune" by Debussy that was used in Twilight movie soundtrack.

All I have to say is this... If you bought Vintage Video Maker & love that... Hollywood FX Video Maker is EVEN better!

Simply AWESOME in my honest opinion if you are looking for a 3GS video app with a handful of effects/colors, options to add various vignettes & choice of some pretty good music rather than just cheesy sounds... BUY Hollywood FX Video Maker & Enjoy!

Here is a few fun little tests I made last night while running into Walmart for a quick look.
I decided to film with no real thought for trying to steady cam the video... Giving that who rushed paparazzi ambushed effect to the video when the effects & music were added they turned out pretty interesting. Not a "hollywood" film but still not the Blair Witch Project either ;p ;p ;p
Just straight up fun silly filming... I want to expand on it next time with better stating & finishing transition rather than my abrupt endings.

It is a fun app. I have noticed that when you process the videos, the audio doesn't sync correctly if you save original audio. Annoying, but you do have the option to process without the audio so I guess that is a workaround of sorts.

SCW forgot to mention that it has a few more filters than VVM. I am sure it is because the App Sheriff has his hands full these days. hehe. If you have a 3GS an want to mess with videos, this is a blast. Combine it with ReelDirector and your basically Peter Jackson, or at the least, a guy with a phone that can edit videos in his pocket.

thanks scw, i will download it soon! also ur review on hipstamatic, i truly think that it needs full res and most of all, edits on photos taken.. i wont buy that until both of them are fixed! cheers! =)
