The iPhoneography Showcase of Kristin Stuthard

Glyn Evans My name is Kristin. I have a huge passion for photography. Ever since I can remember I have been using a camera. I started out with a sony cyber shot, but have also used/using a Nikon Film Camera, a Diana F+ and a Canon Rebel T1i. I do love all of those cameras so much. But something I love about my iPhone 3G is that, it is with me more often than my other cameras. I also love being able to use different apps for my photos. I have spent many hours (more than I would like to admit!) using different apps and over the year and a half I have had this app I have taken thousands and thousands of photos. I love to photograph anything and everything, and I hope one day my photos can give someone else the same joy it gives me.

You can check out Kristin's Flickr stream here, or blog here.
If you would like to showcase your iPhone photos here on the iPhoneography blog, then send me an email and I'll reply with details on how to submit.

Thanks so much Glyn for posting this. :)
Great photos, Kristin. You compositions and use of color (or lack of) is excellent. You're a natural photographer!
Ivor
Thanks so much Ivor, that was very kind of you. :) Do you have a Flickr or website?
So much talent!!!!
Your welcome, Kristin. No, I don't have a Flickr or a site, yet. I have a medotcom account where I can make galleries, but so far I've only posted on Facebook. Here's the link to a few that I've posted on FB: http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=2009875&id=1362203315&l=f98eee33ab
BTW, you're missing the cold weather that we've been experiencing around Chicago-land (we live in Wheaton). Hope that you're in a warm climate. :-)

Kristin has a lot of amazing photos on her flickr!! Love flipping through her pages to discover the art of iphoneography.
I am so happy to read these comments. They brought a smile to my face. :) Thank you everyone for reading my bio and looking through my photos, I would love to do the same for your's.
Ivor- Aww I miss Chicago so much! I am in California right now, and it's cold, but warm in comparison to Chicago haha. I looked through your facebook photos and I really love your photos, hope you don't mind me adding you on there?
Ahh, I'm still new to iPhone photography, sorry, iPhoneography. I'm curious to know what program(s) you used for that first photo of the hand. I see a sepia effect, the application of an effect to simulate an old photo, and the black framing (vigenetting?) Thanks for the education.
Nice captures, as usual. :) Glad to see you featured here.
Thank you for your comments on my photos, Kristin! BTW, we're now friends on FB. Your photos inspire me to use the iPhone more often to take photos. iPhoneography has been wonderful in reviewing and recommending camera apps, and the portfolios exhibited here are testimonials to their worth. I think that I use Camera Bag the most.
Again, thanks for the lovely comments everyone. :)
Wayne- For the hand photo, I used the app lo-mob. It is excellent, I really recommend it. :D
Thank you catmouth so much. :)
Ivor- That's great! I really wanted to like some of your photos and now I can.
Awesome sweetie!
So glad to see you showcase your talents & gain exposure in more ways than you'd expect.
You are a wonderful friend & a beautiful person with so much talent.
Congrats!
