Editors comments: I had the chance to beta test this app, and the only real negative comment I have, is this app is another one of the growing low-res photo producing apps, which I do not like and find hard to recommend regardless of the results it can produced.
Personally I am disappointed with this app, as the results it produces are nothing we haven't already seen in other apps, so I would recommend trying out the free lite version of the app, RetroCamera FREE [AppStore Link] before buying the full version.

I just checked out the free version, I like the analog film effects. How low is the output resolution in the full app, do you know?
Cute app with some nice customizable options, but pitifully low resolution output. The app doesn't seem to do landscape imagery very either... you have to rotate it and blow it up to fill or fit the frame. Very weird. I love the sliders to customize grain, texture, and colour though.
I really dig this app. As a few of us stated to the developers before it's release we want full resolution. I believe it will be forthcoming. Photo app devs should download the free version just to see how to implement a great interface. It is very slick. I am sure the speed will slow down when it starts dealing with larger files. I am fine with that as long as I retain the quality.
I will certainly buy this app when full resolution is supported ...
