Once your hand is steady, it will then capture the photo for you. There are four modes for you to choose from, Low, Medium, High or Off to help you achieve a better photo.

Yay free programs... I wanted to pay to check out that calendar feature they had. I just could not afford the .99 cents right now :( Thanks for being so generous developers.
Hahaha I guess it's a good thing I didn't buy it yet. :P But if I love it I will delete it and buy it again.
