New iPhone Photo App: Sort Shots

Find all of your photos based on a custom search terms, a rating, type or favorites. Reduce your results by adding additional criteria. No need to scroll through all of your Christmas photos looking for one photo. Simply, do a sort based on their name. Click on the photo, upload it to Facebook or Twitter or run a slideshow. Want to see the results based on your ratings – highest to lowest - shake your iPhone. Want the lowest to highest ratings, shake again.

The more criteria you choose the fewer results that will be returned. For example, show photos of 'Christmas' than 'Gift Opening' or 'Red Stinking Sweater' and only those results will appear. Combine multiple terms to reduce the results for example, 'Christmas Gifts' 'Joey' and only photos of Joey opening Christmas Gifts will appear.

Sort Shots is perfect for when you want to show photographs but not all of them. For example, perhaps you do not want to show Grandma all of the other 'Red Stinking Sweaters' you received for Christmas. Simply sort the shots based on ‘Christmas Gifts’ and ‘Grandma’ thereby, eliminating all of the other photos of 'Red Sweaters' you received from other thoughtful friends.
