Editors comments: I'm currently beta testing ProCamera v2.6, and it is a nice camera replacement app that has all the features you need, and none of the stuff you don't need.  The ProCamera Basic version is very similar to the pro version which Marty Tawnick recently commented on his blog about, saying "If you’re looking for a camera replacement app and like the features ProCamera lists, the app is rock-solid, well-implemented and worth $2.99 USD", so like Marty, if you like the look of the apps features, then give either of them a try.

I, as Glyn am beta testing the v2.6 update & it is truly a solid app.
As some of you might be interested in just last week the update now added Video to the apps features & is a welcomed addition to an already great & useful app.

Do you know if the ProCamera Basic geotag the pictures taken with it ?

3rd party camera apps are not allowed to store EXIF data, as I know..
I contacted the ProCamera guys, and they said, they are considering a workaround.
Really nice guys, the support is brilliant!
I love the app, and the fullsize email sharing option is one of the features I use almost every day!
