Description from the AppStore: Snaps automatically takes photos while you're off doing other things. Just prop your phone up, aim it at the action, and let the camera fire away. The pictures are saved to your photo album as they are taken.
Why Use It? Snaps is useful in many situations:
- To capture spontaneous scenes at parties and social gatherings
- As a "self-timer" like that found on many cameras
- To shoot sensitive, skittish or difficult subjects, such as wildlife, without being present
- Anything else you can think of!
How It Works: Snaps can shoot with or without MOTION DETECTION. With motion detection on, photos are only taken when there is movement in front of the camera - useful in situations with long wait times before an opportune moment comes along.
With motion detection off, Snaps shoots at constant interval of your choosing - as fast as every five seconds or as slow as once per hour.

It's really marvellous. I recommend to anyone. The motion sensing functions quite well, better than I would have guessed.
