Glyn Evans Could Flickit from Green Volcano Software be the simplest and easiest Flickr upload app for the iPhone? For me the answer has to be YES.
Launch Flickit and you are presented with a clean interface which allows you to either take a photo and upload, or select one or more photo's from the iPhones library. Before you can start using Flickit you need to link it to your Flickr account by following the simple on screen wizard, but once complete you're ready to begin uploading.
On the apps home screen you will find two large icons, Camera and Library, as well as an icon that looks like a gear, where you set the size of your images to upload, and an "i" which give you information on how to use the app
Tap on Camera icon to launch the iPhones camera app, or tap the Library and select your photo or photo's to upload. When you have selected your photo's you can add information about each photo, including Geolocation details.Once you entered your photo information, hit upload and that's it you're done, it's that simple.
Features:
- Add photos from your iPhone library or take new shots directly with the camera
- Batch upload multiple photos
- Edit standard Flickr metadata such as title, description, and privacy settings
- Assign Tags and create new tags
- Assign Sets
- Tag photos with geolocation coordinates
The only thing with this app, is you can only upload to your own photo stream, and not to any groups, but other than that for me if you use Flickr then this is a must have app, and it's FREE.
