iPhone photo app updates

MoloPix - Price £0.59 ($.99)

I recently reviewed MoloPix and raised some issues over this app. Well the good news is the developers of this app listened to mine and others comments and have addressed these short comings with an update. Now at version 1.1, the developers of MoloPix have added the following features:

• Visual shutter flash when photo is taken (shutter sound coming in the next version)
• Black and white option
• Options to change the image frame color and remove the vignette effect
• Can set to only take photos when the camera is steady
• Application stability improvements

I have tried out the update, and I have to say these improvements along with a price tag of £0.59 ($.99) makes this app well worth having. One thing I commented on, and they seem to have missed on their list of improvements is the ability to save your photo, and then if you choose upload it to their gallery site. On the previous version you have no options to save and upload, you could only do one or the other.

Slideshow Builder - Price £2.39 ($3.99)

Not yet available, Slideshow Builder version 1.3 has been submitted to the AppStore for approval, and if approved will add the ability to play music back with your slide shows. This was a feature I requested when Slideshow Builder was reviewed on this blog recently.
