101 PhotoFilters weekend special

If you read my review of 101 PhotoFilters, then you will know that I was less than impressed with this photo app that boasted the largest number of photo filter effects of any current app in the AppStore.

This app has received a few updates since my review, so I decided to load the updated version to my iPhone and check it out. The updates include a new user interface, the much needed filters preview and an undo option.

Despite these updates, I still feel this app is not up to much, as too many of the filters for me fall in to the tacky/useless category. That said this weekend 101 PhotoFilters is on offer for an acceptable price of £0.59 ($.99).

Despite the useless filters, 101 PhotoFilters does have some nice filter effects, so if you don't currently have an app that quickly and easily applies filter effects to your photos, then at this low price 101 PhotoFilters is worth considering.
