Discussion: Are we seeing too many Risqué apps in the AppStore?

"Meet cute Korean office girls! These two hot Korean girls are working as shared secretaries for small software firms in our office building located in Seoul, Korea. These pretty, cheerful, and active girls gladly volunteered to be our models. You can see their perky lives in the photos taken in our office. Photos will be updated once a month. Enjoy their hot smile! "

and

"A Naughty Nurse - Girl, girls, sexy, bikini, bikinis, fun, photo, photos, Halloween, adult costume, costumes, uniform, uniforms, picture, pictures, amateur, amateurs, humor, best, cool, core, top, popular, most, unique, different"

and

"A Foxy French Maid - Girl, girls, sexy, bikini, bikinis, teen, teens, fun, photo, photos, Halloween, adult costume, costumes, uniform, uniforms, picture, pictures, amateur, amateurs, humor, best, sex, cool, core, top, popular, most, unique, different"

These are just some of the descriptions of a growing number of apps that over the past months have appeared in the AppStore, and it was only last week that the first one above appeared as a so called photo app!!

What I find amazing is the fact that Apple continuously rejects some photo apps as being inappropriate due to potentially offensive content, and the above apps, based on their descriptions are not offensive?

I know in the next release of the iPhone OS there will be parental controls, but do we really want this type of photographic content in any of our iPhoneography apps, or any other iPhone apps?

These are just some of my thoughts, but what do you the readers of this blog think?

It's not that they are offensive, they're just dumb and pubescent.
