Mike Newman is Writer and Associate Producer for Alice Cooper's syndicated classic rock radio show, Nights With Alice Cooper and hosts his own far out rock show on East Village Radio called Beyond Beyond is Beyond. He's also a freelance dj, music writer and photographer, and lives in Brooklyn with his beautiful wife/badass lady, Franny.

The first pic uses Photo FX by Tiffen and then probably Camera Bag. The next two use TiltShift and Camera Bag. And the last two are simply Camera Bag. Obviously, everyone should have Camera Bag! Cheers...

JD, Mike used CameraBag with Borders on, but if you are referring to the gray borders then this was added by me using Picturesque to frame the photos on the page.
