Is this a new CameraBag filter?

If you follow the iPhone photo app CameraBag on Twitter, then you may have seen the photo below.

There is not much information about this photo or the filter used, but it looks like it could be a new filter that could appear in the next release of CameraBag.

Saw it last week great pic & filter.

Should be in next update & possibly in long awaited Desktop edition =)

Good enough, but I really hope they add 3GS resolution support too. Seems like that update is dragging a little.
