Description from the AppStore: iPicLite - Enhance you Pictures on your iPhone or iPod
iPicLite is the little brother of iPic and iPicPro. iPicLite lets you import Images from the photo library on your iPhone/iPod, and enhance or change your images by using a lot of different filters. Due to the application interface processing your images is very easy.
Features:
- Import your images form your photo library
- Process the image with a lot of different filters: Equalize histogramm, Rotation, Blue people, Kaleidoskop, Gray scale, Erode, Dilate, Sharpen, Blur, Emboss, Edge detection, Sobel, Gradient Morphology, Sobel, Tophat Morphology, Blackhat Morphology, Pyramidal Meanshift, Log Polar, Threshold
AppStore Link: iPicLite - Price FREE
Editors comment: Want a free photo filtering app, then this is worth a look.
UPDATE: It would appear based on comments from @HiTekRedneck that this free app has the save feature disabled which makes this app pretty pointless, other than to see what you could do with the paid for version.

Definately not worth a look for one reason...there is no way to save your edited picture! Filters took forever to apply, no option to save, no way to adjust anything, not even worth it for free in my opinion.
@HiTekRedneck thanks for the feedback.
