New iPhone Photo App: FIZWOZ Mobile

Description from the AppStore: FIZWOZ is a marketplace to sell your photos to media companies. Our free iPhone application lets you select any photo from your gallery, tag, describe and set auction prices for the image. You can post your photos to the marketplace from our iPhone application and track auction activity.

We alert our registered buyers that an image matching their interest has been posted. Buyers can view your image with a watermark, place bids and win the photo. We transfer the uncompressed clear image to the buyer once they have paid you. Even if the image does not sell in auction we’ll license your photos to other media professionals and bloggers and give you a share of the advertising revenue.

Just about any photo you find interesting, newsworthy or showing famous people or places are of interest to our buyers. Download our free iPhone application today and start FIZZING.

Editors comments: Yet another way to make money from your iPhone photos.  Check out their website and short intro video here.

I have just downloaded this app to my iPhone, setup an account and submitted my first shot, so lets see how it does $$ :) and yes I know I've over priced it, or have I?

For an easy way to make money off your photos and videos, try checking out Citizenside.com.

The iPhone app is easy to use and available for free and with it you can upload an unlimited amount of news-related photos, which they will sell for you to media outlets around the world.

Comission is up to 75% of the sale price, which is amazing!

I read on the site that they're partners with Agence Frence-press, which is the 3rd largest news agency in the world, so they've got considerable street credit.

If you've got any exclusive shots from breaking news stories, this is exactly the place you want to sell them for you.

Check them out, sell your news photos and videos: http://www.citizenside.com/en/

I checked out fizwoz and their application - very slick. The next time I see something news-worthy, I'm definitely going to snap a pic and see if I can sell it on fizwoz.

I checked out citizenside too - not as easy to use and the app is not as good.
