Editors comments: There seems to be a sudden influx of B&W apps in the AppStore, of which some are good and some are not so good. I would recommend not buying any of them until you read my forth coming post all about B&W apps.

Sounds good, thanks for the heads up.
If you have any app with saturation and contrast control Photogene for exemple
you don't need any app to make B/W. Just put saturation to 0 and play with the contrast.
You'll have a very good B/W, but after your color photo.
