This is a quick and easy way to create a series of tasks from any client project that will import to Google Calendar. With just a few taps on your iPhone, it will create a series of predefined events on your Google calendar. Simply create a new project, pick your workflow template and start date. The app will do the rest and populate your calendar with all of the necessary events you need to finish the job! You need to process the paperwork, collect payments, do all of the post production, album design, marketing tasks and many more tasks. With Photographer's Workflow, all you have to do is name your new project, tap the wedding workflow template and in a matter of seconds you will add all of the tasks on your Google Calendar. And if you use Google Sync, all of this info will also download to your iPhone's native calendar.
Photographer's Workflow comes standard with 5 sample workflow templates; New Prospect, New Client, Wedding, Portrait and Album sale. You can edit any of these workflows to fit your needs or create as many new ones as you need.

meh. it looks a little overpriced for some calendar entry templates.. even if you can put your own into. i'd give it a try if someday will be free.

Sorry you don't feel it is worth the $4.99, we believe it's a great app and well worth the price. For what most people spend on a large coffee at starbucks you don't think it's worth it, even if it helps you keep your business organized?
I just bought this app since it was $3.99 to give it a try. Its okay, but I wish there was more control over how many tasks to have or be able to move them around instead of deleting and typing what you want in the field. Also, I am still trying to figure out once you have a project that you have completed how to delete it from "my project" list. Overall it's pretty good, I just need to be able to keep organized better. Thanks!
