I noticed this strip of plastic on the sidewalk and thought it would be an interesting image to work with. It pays to look down sometimes.

First I processed the photo with Perfectly Clear, which I use for almost every image I shoot, and has become one of my favorite apps. Next I used PS Mobile's Vibrant effect, which I like because it isn't too harsh. Then I used FX Photo Studio Simmetry Quad filter, and finally I finished off the photo with CameraBag's Magazine effect to produce the photo below.
