pity about the typo on button 1 of the first screenshot... "Pick Meida"
I just tried it and would recommend the PixelPost app instead. With ShareMedia, a separate upload has to be made for each photo, i.e. if I want to share a photo on Facebook, Flickr and Twitter I have to perform three separate uploads. Pixelpost shares with a lot more services, has an upload queue, and only needs to upload once.
My only gripe with PixelPost is that my yfrog uploads do not get hashtagged (tags are passed on to Flickr however).

downloaded it and the typo doesn't appear in the release version... OK app but not brilliant... off the phone now
Watch out for pixelpipe, Im pretty sure a while back I read that their agreement states they gain rights to all uploaded material.
