The iPhoneography Showcase of Alex Moorehead

Photography has been one of my passions since 2005, when I started studying it at college. I have since graduated with a degree in photography, but since I purchased my iPhone 3GS at the start of the year, I have become hooked on the 'iPhoneography' craze. What I love is taking photos (some of which i would never normally take with a normal camera) and then playing around with them in the countless apps that I have downloaded, seeing how far i can push the boundaries of the photos.

If you would like to showcase your iPhone photos here on the iPhoneography blog, then please create your slideshow, upload it to YouTube or Vimeo ONLY, and then send me an email with a link to your video along with a short bio about yourself and your iPhoneography, and if suitable I will post your showcase here on the blog.

While its cool to see video slideshows of the photo showcases, I miss the ability to just view the pix directly. I could have sworn you used to have a link to do that. Please consider bringing back that option.

It would be nice to know which apps these people are using on their iPhones to produce these photos too, thanks :)

Nice eye Alex, I especially liked your black and white, the tube train with the red door, the motion blur photos( cyclists and merry go round) and your twilight/evening photos. Really enjoyed your slideshow, thanks for sharing it.

Glyn do you add the music to the slideshow? It's a relaxing little ditty and personally I like the YouTube vid when I'm viewing it on my iPhone. The manual slideshow was nice too but sometimes I had trouble viewing it on my phone and when a photographer has a large portfolio, I like the YouTube better as it moves things along. Please don't alter the timing between photos, it's perfect!
