Glyn Evans "Turn your iPhone or iPod touch into a vintage photobooth with Pocketbooth: The photobooth that fits in your pocket"
When Pocketbooth was first released I commented that my preferred photobooth app was IncrediBooth from the developers of Hipstamatic and Swankolab, however since then I have bought this app and now rate it over IncrediBooth.
Since its release back in September, there have been a couple of updates to this app, with the latest update to version 1.2 arriving today.
So what's new?
Pocketbooth is now AirPrint enbabled -- complete the photobooth experience by printing out your photostrips.
New features:
AirPrint compatible (assuming compatible device and printer)- White borders
- Antique photo effect
- Added a few new sounds
- Added 1 and 5 second delay options
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed bug that would occasionally change red to green when photographing solid red objects
- Adjusted Facebook/Twitter buttons to look more like buttons
- Fixed flash sound so that it plays in stereo when wearing headphones
- Increased tap area around gear/settings button to make it easier to press
- Fixed bug that would sometimes fail to update front/rear camera setting after changing cameras

I love this app, but I don't really see a big difference between the Antique effect and the Black and White. Another "annoyance" is, when I save one of my photo strips, it cuts off the black border on the right side.
Thanks, Glyn. We appreciate you making note of the update.
@Kristin - the Antique effect works best with colorful subject matter -- you end up with a hand-tinted looking photo. If the subject matter is dark or monochromatic to begin with, the Antique effect will not change the photo significantly. Regarding the black border, the app should not be cutting off the right side -- when you view the strip on the phone it might look like it is missing because the default background of the camera roll is black. If you look closely, you can see the border is still there. Also, to double-check, you can upload to FB or email to yourself (in which case you'll see the strip on a white background) and you'll see the border is still intact.
Hope this helps.
Glyn's endorsement + Tim's involveness = downloading app now!
Echo Psikat's comment. I love it when developer's are involved in the community!
