Phoster the universal app for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch has just been updated, adding 6 more templates. Sadly this update has introduced a bug on the iPad only, where by, when you launch the app following the update it crashes out initializing the templates. Relaunching the app after this crash leaves you with a blank template page.
So what's new?
- 6 More templates.
- Changed a application icon.
- Enable to change text size.
- Enable to edit tiny text.
- New text colors.
- New blending filters.
- New style share form.
- Bug fixes.

Sorry to hear about the iPad bug. I updated my iPod version this morning and can say that everything is working great. This app really gives superb results with a bit of imagination and fore-thought.
Loving this app so far. However, I wish they would add total "free positioning" of image on any of the templates. The image currently locks itself into a predefined position per template which doesn't always suit, especially if you move to another template, add text, hit print and the image has unfortunately shifted to where it was initially supposed to be in that template. You don't see it until its too late. I'm sure it wouldn't be a big update to allow for that.
I contacted the developer about the possibility of a resolution upgrade and their response was that this is currently in the testing stage and the next update will provide 1.5x to 2.0 resolution. So, great news for a great app!
