Underground by Dutch Doscher

Glyn Evans Dutch has done it again with another great video in his train series, shot and mostly edited on his iPhone 4.
"This video was shot from the back of the 7 Subway car going from Grand Central to Times Square", Dutch said, "and I held my iPhone steady by pushing it up against the window".
So how did Dutch create this video?
Well, having shot the video, Dutch processed it in CinemaFX for Video, to correct the color. Then he processed the video with Tiltshift Video to speed it up, adding the new circular blur effect at the same time, before finally putting it through iMovie on his Mac to add back in the audio that was removed by Tiltshift Video's speed up process, and overlaying the music.

1st Video Consumer, an iPhone app from VeriCorder, allows you to extract audio from video clips, so in a case like this, there would have been no need to use a laptop to recover the audio that was lost in the TiltShift Video conversion process.
Wonderful video. Love the repeating rhythm of the lights through the tunnel. Great work, very atmospheric and inspiring.
Very cool. I love the sound effects and the sense of anxiety it created while watching the video. Nicely done Dutch!
