Editors comments: I've not tried ColorFader, but it looks pretty impressive, offering similar features as ColorBlast, like tinted backgrounds.

Looks good. It's not clear if it locks onto a single color like ColorBlast does. But it would need to offer something above and beyond ColorBlast for me since I already own, and love, ColorBlast. And both apps are currently the same price (though ColorBlast is currently on sale).

I bought this app. It is easy to use and it come with several color filter. It save to full resolution of your photo as long as you don't save it to the project. If you continue from your saved project, then the output resolution is much smaller. My 1936X2592pix photo has reduce to 806X1080px,

I have tested image size of 2444X2732, it is able to handle with no issue at full resolution.

Hi, I'm the developer of this app. Thank you for your appreciations.
I have just sent a new version (1.0.1)of the app to the Apple store 'cause I discovered a bug (thanx to Wei Khuen) : now also when you save a project and load it the image will be saved with the original size. So no loss of size. The new version will be available as soon as Apple store will approve it. So let's have a little patience.

Please if you like this app review it on the Store! and if you have suggestions please let me know.
Thank to you all
Michele

Thanks so much for all the information. All of my "regular" cameras seem to just sit on the shelf since I got my iPhone. I love exploring all these photo apps.

I find this one works better than colorblast,I have a few issues colourblast like adding color,it always leaves some pixels grey,no matter how much I change brushes and zoom in it still leaves parts grey, this on doesn't do that so that's my difference with them.

Hi Ceoff,

Colorblast remembers the color you paint in the larger area. If you have color change within that area, Colorblast will leave it grey. I have a large area of brown and some reds inside that area, Colorblast leave the red grey.

Colorfader allows user to save their work into project. You can continue to work on the image later. It allows user to zoom in more closely and allows user to change the brush size for details.

Colorblast has more tools - sponge tool and spray can.

Both apps can output 2444X2732px.

Warmest Regards
