re daily app show review of ProCamera3 - he seems to think yellow & blue box are two focus areas whereas yellow box is for exposure

I think that's an easy mistake to make, seeing as the two boxes appear together on the screen. But I did find myself wondering how the camera could manage to focus in two different spots. Even my $2,000 Nikon DSLR can't do that :).

He also thinks the crop features in Pro Camera are only available on desktop apps, when those features have been around for years in other apps.

Huh? How is it possible that his version of ProCamera 3 looks different than mine? Is this really ProCamera 3? The buttons on mine look different. And what's that shaded light gray area across the top right? The button to the left of the shutter button in the video switches front/rear cameras? On mine, that button switches from photo to video.

I'm confused.

Oh sheesh on me. I was watching the wrong video.

As others said above, he's wrong about focusing on more than one thing. The white square box is for focus and the yellow diamond box is for EXPOSURE.

I still shoot everything through the basic camera on my iphone 4 or ProHDR (IG as well) but I am curious as to what is the best to upgrade to as a replacement to the iphone 4 camera... any suggestions?
