PMA Day 4: The last man standing (well just about)

Glyn Evans Day 4 started with a bang, as I was interview by Heather Kelly from MacWorld, who asked me a few questions about my favourite apps and favourite iPhoneographers, and although I had little to no voice left, I managed the interview with no problems.
Sadly the rest of the day was a bit of a washout, as we had very few people pass through the pavilion, which I was kind of glad off, as my voice was giving me real trouble. The sad thing about the last day, was we had some really great apps to show off (ColorSplash and Hipstamatic). I had also planned to talk about shooting black and white on the iPhone, and which apps were the best, but sadly none of these went ahead.
Despite the lack of people at the last day of PMA in general, Sion did manage to get a few people stop by for his presentation.
On this last day, 4PM soon came around, and so PMA for me, Sion, the iPhoneography blog and the Photo App Pavilion came to an end. Overall the event was a success, I finally got to meet Sion and Marty and made some new acquaintances in the form of Chad Munce (the pavilion organiser), Brad Malcom and his team from Athentech Imaging Inc., Paul Nolan from Idruna Software Inc., John Martin from Reallusion Inc., the crew from Lifepics, and lastly but not least Hal Denton and his team from Tunaverse Media Inc.
And finally....
I would just like to say a big thank you to the organisers of PMA for inviting me to host the pavilion, which to my knowledge is the first time there has been a dedicated mobile apps pavilion at any photographic trade show.
So that's it for PMA 2010, now it's time to get planning for a bigger and better pavilion for PMA 2011 in Las Vegas.

GREAT job Glyn!!! Dispite the light traffic on the last day, it was great to offer this type of content to the PMA show attendees. You did a great job organizing all the presentations. We'll definitely do it again next year in Vegas. Hope to meet some of your iPhoneography followers there Feb 1-3 2011.
Chad
