OPEN (Open Photo Ecommerce Network) by LifePics: App Developers Wanted!

LifePics is currently looking for third party mobile and web app developers to create and implement apps into our network via our OPEN program. The OPEN program operates using a revenue share economics model (we pay you a percentage of every order you drive), though there is also potential for you to be paid in advance. We will market your apps (once they are approved and live) to our consumer network. Currently, we have over 3 million consumers that use our online photo services, so there is an opportunity for your app to be used by a lot of people!

We are looking for apps for the following platforms:

• Facebook: Create a Facebook app that allows consumers to order Facebook photos through our retail network from Facebook accounts.
• iPhoto: Create an iPhoto plug-in that allows consumers to upload photos to our retail network, where they can order their iPhoto photos.
• Aperture: Create an Aperture plug-in that allows consumers to upload photos to our retail network, where they can order their Aperture photos.
• Intel/Netbooks: Modify existing photo editing and ordering software for netbooks that sends orders to our retail network. If you already own existing software, you can modify that software to include LifePics as an ordering option, or build a plug-in to existing software.
• Social Media Apps: Create a plug-in that allows consumers to upload photos to our retail network from a variety of the most popular social media photo apps, where they can order their photos.

The list above is just a sampling of some of the apps that we would like to launch via our OPEN program. You can apply for the OPEN program to work on whatever app you choose, whether it is listed above or another idea you have.

Once we approve your application to the program, we will provide you with a unique partner ID and credentials to access our API that you can use to tie into our retail network.
