Price drop: The return of ClearCam

You may have seen my post last Sunday on ClearCam, which whilst writing my mini review, was pulled from the AppStore.  Well a couple of days ago ClearCam reappeared in the AppStore with a lower price tag of £1.19/$1.99, but still without the features that made the jailbroken version so appealing.

So what do I think of ClearCam now, with its lower price tag?

Well my original comments still stand "The app itself works well, but with such limited features (just the 3 shot "QuickShot Mode") it really is just not worth the £2.99/$4.99 £1.19/$1.99 price tag", and the star rating for me still stays at 2 stars.

This is great feedback. We want to make sure we get the features right (in particular, enhanced mode) before we release them. We are also anixous to hear whether users new to Clearcam find the 3-shot mode worthwhile, and we'll use that feedback to adjust how we stage the release of new features. It's always nice when the developer listens and responds. Really looking forward to an update with useable features...will definitely keep my eye on this app.
