Glyn Evans A camera app with infinite possibilities!
Description from the AppStore: Plastic Bullet puts the fun, spontaneity, and unpredictability of plastic-fantastic toy cameras right into your pocket. Just tap to turn your photos into gloriously unpredictable works of art, then tap again to change the look.
Tap the heart to save. Or keep tapping the Refresh button to see new random choices. Each time you tap you get another completely original set of images. If you like one, save it! Plastic Bullet generates infinite possibilities so you'll never see exactly the same effect twice.
Just like a real plastic camera, photos from Plastic Bullet can be amazing in ways you never expected.
There's also an option to save your original shots, so you can keep shooting and develop more random versions later.
Play with Plastic Bullet now, and let your camera surprise you!
- Get the look of old-fashioned toy cameras like the Lomo and Diana
- Give modern snapshots an artistic look
- Transform images of friends and family
- Photographic art made easy
- Transform photos into beautiful images right on your phone -- no computer needed
Note: Plastic Bullet requires iPhone OS 3.0 and later. The app currently support 800x600 output only (this is due to memory limitations on the older iPhone 3G). A future, free update will support higher resolution on newer devices.

Editors comments: This is a cool app that produces some nice toy camera results, and when the developers have resolved the low-res issue, and enable full-res, this will be a great app to use. Despite the low-res, I am giving this app 3 stars, and when they provide full-res support it will get 4 stars.
I have not provided an overview of this app, as the above video from the developer says it all.

I got this app and it looks real interesting. Waiting for the full resolution update.
i love this app. the full res is an issue, sure, but the images it produces are pretty awesome. i've taken some old photos from the past month or so (i like to clear off my photos every month since i end up with a good 200 or so at the end) and i've really liked the things that i've been able to do with the app. usually i'll save a picture 3-5 different ways and then go through what i just saved and pick the best. it's kind of fun. :) i do appreciate that you can process photos in your camera roll too.
the developer has already mentioned that they're working on the full res issue, so i'm glad they at least know what's needed instead of just sitting making money on it for a bit. :)
sad to hear you're not as enthusiastic as i, but that's okay!! :D
I'll believe the update when I see it. I hate to the cynic and sound critical, but I've heard a lot of secondhand promises from devs about full resolution updates that never happen. This looks like a great app though, so I hope the update comes soon!
This is damned good, and with full resolution it beats most of the apps out there so yeah with the new iPhone on its way let it come please! (there are some awesome B&W in plastic bullet..)
I really like what the app can do, but I hate the resolution and will be looking for the update that brings full res. I don't care if it crashes my old 3G every time I use it; it may prompt me to seriously consider upgrading in the future.
Wow, love this! Been some time since a photo app made me this enthusiastic despite my 3G.
There is absolutely no reason they can't support full resolution on the current generation of iPhones. Every other decent photo app can, why not them? I call BS, they just wanted to crank this out as fast as possible.
@parsnip: If the guys who developed PictureShow could develop such a wonderful app with full res, then why cant the guys at Plastic Bullet do the same. I dont know if I will use this app very much now that I have downloaded PictureShow. It is absolutely wonderful. Somebody needs to call these guys out and tell them work out whatever they need work out to get Plastic Bullet up to full res. If not, I wont be using it very much. Right now, PictureShow blows it out of the water hands down.
