Load an image, change the parameters until you get the desired result and then save it to the photo album.

Kind of wonky, but free is free.
I tried this out with a photo in my library and got an interesting result. I tried it with a different one and it was kind of blah. So I think the picture itself has a lot to do with the output. I put the picture up in the Random iPhone Photos section of my website.
I bought this a long time ago when it was first released. It is a good app, unique, fun & full res saves... But you have to play with & tweak the settings to suit the photo & if not at least cater a photo that would look better using this type of effect. It's not for everyone & not every photo will look amazing... But that goes for all apps.

I have had this app for awile and have created some real interesting images with it. Some photos work well and others do not.
