New iPhone Photo App: Fotomecha - multi lens simulated camera

Fotomecha is a continuous-shooting camera application that simulates multiple lenses

Description from the AppStore: When you capture a moving subject and press the shutter button, the shutter closes repeatedly with a "snap snap snap!". Just like that, a single photograph that incorporates multiple frames (or an animated GIF) comes out. Set the exposure speed, frame count, and film type to create various kinds of works. Upload your works directly to TwitPic/Twitter and Flickr!

With a design reminiscent of film cameras, and sleek interfaces, you will experience the joy of continuous, exciting shooting.

Features: Camera

  • Six lens modes (4shot x 3 patterns, 6shot, 9shot, and animated GIF)
  • Six film modes (B&W, B&W Extreme, Russian Blue, Russian Fuzzy, Cyano, Standard)
  • Shooting speed setting (0.25s-1s intervals)
  • Zoom setting (1x-4x)
  • On/off film frame and vignetting
  • Animated GIF frame count (4/6/9 frames), size, and picture quality settings

Features: Viewer

  • Photo/Animated GIF Viewer
  • Upload photos/animated GIFs to TwitPic (Twitter account required)
  • Upload photos to Flickr (Flickr account required)
  • Create a photo merging animated GIF frames
  • Create an animated GIF by dividing a photo
  • Send photos/animated GIFs through e-mail
  • Resize photos for upload to TwitPic/Flickr, or to attach to e-mails

*Photo size may change depending on lens mode.
*Animated GIFs are saved within the application.

Caution: if the application is deleted, the animated GIF files will also be deleted.

Should you wish to copy animated GIF files from an iPhone, please upload to TwitPic or send by e-mail.

I just purchased the app. Curious to see how it compares to Andigraf.

This app is cool, even though it seems like a carbon copy in
of Andigraf in many respects. It produces low-res pics which the developers need to fix.

I purchased the app yesterday but have yet to actually use it. I already own andigraf, quadcamera, and classicsamp. I can't seem to get enough of these serial shooting apps, but it's disappointing to hear about the low-res output. This app seems to have the best of all the previously mentioned apps and from the looks of the video you can apply the effects after the photos are taken which is a big plus for me since none of the others can do this.
I would've been disappointed even more if I had paid the non-launch sale price of $2.99 for this app and end up with low-res images. Sure hope they fix this soon and push through an update.
