Description from the AppStore: Completely flip your favorite photos with Color Splashes. Simply open any image in grayscale and retouch it, using your finger to add splashes of color here and there. Highlight the glossy yellow finish on your roadster, make your child’s eyes burst off the screen with a single touch, or bring out nothing but the deep red hues of your prize-winning rose garden. Give your imagination a license to run wild and look like a pro doing it.
Breathe new life into any photograph with the magic in your finger. Color Splashes will convert your images to grayscale and let you go to work painting the original colors back in with pixel-perfect accuracy. Stroke a spear of grass to see green and dab the sky to bring back a brilliant blue. So simple children can use it, Color Splashes can easily give your photos a stunning dash of charm.
Features:
-Save as many Splash sessions as you want and resume later
-View all of your Splashed photos in one place
-Zoom in for pixel accuracy
-Adjust brush size for unique effects and strokes
-Save and share your Splashes with ease
-Automatically converts photos to grayscale (black and white)
-Wicked fun to use
Editors Comments: An interesting iPad only app, but for me ColorSplash is the leader of this pack.

This is an obvious complete rip-off of Color Splash - even down to the NAME. I honestly don't know how people get away with stuff like this.
