Description from the AppStore: Video Replay gives you the power to capture the moments within the moments on your iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS. Our exclusive tag feature allows you to select the special moments while recording and quickly compile them into a highlight reel of your favorite clips.
How it works:
While recording a video, simply hit the tag button and Video Replay will create a second, full-quality mini-recording that starts seconds before you pushed tag. Pushing the tag button again terminates the tag and saves it as a separate file, all while the main recording continues. Tag as many moments as you want, then merge your favorite tags together to create the ultimate highlight reel!

This app has saved me so much time. Scrubbing through video on a desktop machine is tedious enough but downright painful on my phone. Tagging the action shots makes the entire process so much easier.
