What is SkipBleach?
SkipBleach is an app that allows you to add "Skip Bleach" effect a.k.a. Bleach Bypass, Bleach Reduction, ENR, ACE, Sliver Retention or Silver Tint to your iPhone photos, giving them a distinctive high contrast, harsh, faded look.

The App
SkipBleach is an extremely easy app to use. Launch the app and you have the option to take or load a photo. Having taken or loaded your photo you are then presented with your photo with 3 overlaid sliders, and it is with these 3 sliders that you adjust the contrast, the saturation and brightness to give your photo the desired Bleach Bypass look, and then when done simply save or share via email, Twitter or Facebook.
As with XProcess, this app supports up to full-res, saves in JPEG or PNG format, and has a basic editing mode, and requires iOS 4.
So what do I think of SkipBleach?
Just like XProcess, SkipBleach is a really simple app to use, and one that with the right image can produce some very nice looking results.
Whilst similar looking results can be achieved with other apps, it is the ease and speed that SkipBleach produces this unique look that I like, and for that it gets a 5 star rating from me, but it's not a "Must Have" app.
iOS 4 ONLY

I've had skipbleach for sometime for my 3G on iOS 3.X - so does this mean there is a new update out for iOS4 or a completely new version of the app?
@Jem, I may have made a mistake about the app being iOS 4 only, so I will double check and update the post accordingly.
1st time i saw the apps, i was thinking "hmm... lets not waste money", but when i revisit the the review again, i just buy for the fun of it... well... it turns out to be something i enjoy playing..
I find that it is useful for certain pictures that you want to give a different contrast, and a total different feel.. give it a try.
I downloaded this based on the review on this site, and I'm glad I did. It makes photos look VERY interesting, and it's now in my top 20 of iPhone photo apps. I see myself making great use of this.
Surprisingly good. In fact, I like this this better than Xprocess in that it brings something new to my bag of apps. When I first saw the controls and options available, I was a little taken aback that someone had the audacity to issue a standalone app offering contrast, saturation and brightness control :-)
