Is there another Camera+ update on its way?

Tap Tap Tap have just submitted what they say is a major feature update to their iPhone camera replacement app, Camera+. If Apple approve this update (and I hope they do), then we should soon have "VolumeSnap", which uses the iPhone’s volume controls to take photos.
Below is Tap Tap Tap's description for this yet to be approved update.
- VolumeSnap ~ use your iPhone’s volume controls to snap photos!
- Using Camera+ now feels just like a real camera. Your photos can be sharper because you can now hold your iPhone steadier with two hands instead of fumbling around for the shutter button on screen.
- In addition, you can plug your iPhone earphones in and use the volume buttons on them as a remote shutter control.

really liking the cord as the remote shutter release! I hope this gets approved
Not expecting Apple to approve that...
@jordandev. There is a good chance Apple will approve this update, as they have already approved REAL-CAMERA which does this already, see http://www.iphoneography.com/journal/2010/7/12/new-iphone-photo-app-real-camera.html
This program is a true winner and I hope this update happen soon. This program has replaced my phone camera app. Bring it on lol
This isnt going to get approved.
I am impressed by how they keep working at improving the app.
Although I have a lot of photo apps, I find myself using Camera+ more and more. The possible new update you described, sounds great.
Thanks for all the great tips and reviews on your wonderful website.
This would be great if it gets approved. I've gotten over my initial annoyance over the devs marketing techniques when they released this and it is now my no 1 camera app. Keep the updates coming.
Wow, 3 weeks ago and everyone hated this app and the company. Now there is some kind of front-page status update nearly every day. Are they throwing advertising $$$ your way Glyn?
@Paul Miller, no, I'm not getting a penny from the developer or anyone else associated with this app. The reason it is getting so much attention from me, is whilst their original launch tactics were not good, their app is fantastic, and is rapidly becoming most iPhone 4 owners camera replacement app, hence the posts.
Well, I ran into a problem with Camera+ that I can't fix and i thought I'd throw it out here before I delete/reinstall. While taking some photos with my 3g at a library program today, I got carried away and put 21 photos on the lightbox. The app then crashed to screen. Now anytime I go to open the lightbox in the app, it crashes. I've tried rebooting twice and even deleting a couple of things to make space on the phone, all to no avail. I figure my only option now is to reinstall the app and lose the photos but figured I'd check here first for ideas. If I have to, so be it and a lesson learned.
Hello, just wanted to pass along that I saw the Camera+ app update for volume snap was rejected =/ I have already emailed apple asking them to reconsider and maybe if enough of us do that we can change their minds!!

@tania: What iPhone & what OS are you using? I have a 3GS running iOS4 and I've snapped 30 or more pictures in a row using Camera+ with no problem (this happens quite often - I'm usually trying to get one good shot of my two year old).
I just read as well that the new Camera+ update has been rejected. I think Apple must think we're idiots if we can't figure out that the volume controls work as a camera button in a specific app and no where else.
@Jennyland I have an old 3G, running iOS4 on it. I think it just turned out to be too much for my poor little phone to handle. I finally gave up and reinstalled the app, lost the photos but at least Camera+ works again.
