Make the most of your photo library! Combine multiple photos, text and maps into professional and original photo cards. Create invitations, photo collages, e-cards, holiday cards, website graphics and newsletter pictures. Use them offline or send them right away to your friends and family, with endless creative combinations possible; more than 20 different frames with up to 9 photos in one card combined with several different high resolution borders and the photo's you took yourself.
Photo Card Studio gives you a very easy-to-use editor. The interface shows a small version of the layout you selected. You can swipe horizontally to change the layout and you can swipe vertically to change the border. Found a layout you like? Then you can start adding your pictures, text and maps by simple tapping the item you want to change. Done editing? Use the mail or save icons to send the card to your friends.

looks like a copy of diptic..but maybe this has something more
This bears little resemblance to diptic. This app allows for greater creativity and is for creating cards. Its also cheaper than diptic.
