If you are too creative to stick to normal photos but too lazy to do proper videos, try GIFVid! — another way of snapshots. You take a short video(*1) or a sequence of photos with your iPhone as usual, and GIFVid makes a 16 frame flipping GIF animation out of it. The GIF is a good legacy format for lightweight animations, so you can share it easily just by emailing or uploading to share on Twitter, Facebook or Tumblr with a few touches. All in 1 miniute(*2), has video sharing ever been done this easy?

*1: Movies are only supported by iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 and the latest iPod touch. Photos are available for all devices with cameras. *2: Tested with our beta users.

I purchased and tried this out. I'm disappointed, as there appears to be no way to save the .gif file to the camera: no bueno. But otherwise, I'm impressed.
The ability to import stills into the app from the camera roll would be great, too.
I was sad that I can't import my own stills. But am still having fun with the app. I wish you could opt out of the watermarking. Hopfully they consider for an update
