FX Photo Studio, from developer MacPhun, which has the largest collection of effects of any photo app in the App Store (currently 181 and counting), is currently on offer, priced at £1.19/$1.99/€1.59.

False advertising. It looks like many of the "181 effects" are just variations on the same ones - such as different color palettes or "presets" of a given base effect.

By that accounting, Tiffen's Photo fx, which has well over 800 presets for over 70 distinct filters, has the "largest collection of any photo app in the App Store". They even blatantly ripped off some of Photo fx's UI elements. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, indeed.
