Something for the Weekend: Let me tell you a Storie

Storie from the developers of Shnap! is a new app that lets you create a virtual photo storybook from your photo album, Instagram or Facebook photos.

What I like about this app, is it's easy to use, has built in predefined filter effects, lets you import direct from your camera roll, integrates nicely with Instagram and Facebook, lets you share your Stories via Tumblr, Twitter or Facebook, but most importantly [for me anyway], lets you embed your Storie on your blog and website, and provide live updates [just as I did, when I used this app for the opening of "My World Shared"].

Just like Instagram, Storie is a community app, where you can follow and comment on other Storie tellers Stories, and amazingly for such a fun and useful app, Storie is completely FREE, so why not give Storie a go, go on, tell me a Storie [post your link in the comments section below].

I just got back from a trip overseas and I was disappointed to find it required an internet connection and wouldn't function without one, and I had data roaming disabled. I was planning to build the Storie as the trip progressed, to then publish when I got back to the UK but unfortunately this just wasn't possible.

Storie is a lovely app; I actually prefer it to Instagram in many ways.
