App Update: Showtime

Showtime is a great and simple to use app, that lets you share your iPhone photos as a slideshow on any WiFi connected computer.

Showtime was recently updated, and below you can find what is new in version 2.0.

• Download multiple photos with one click
• Preview video stills and download videos to your computer
• Upload photos to your iPhone's Camera Roll
• View photo information and a mini-map in a floating panel in your browser
• New support for low-powered games consoles and set-top boxes including the Nintendo Wii

Plus these new enhancements:

• Newest Camera Roll photos are displayed first
• Keyboard control fixed in Internet Explorer
• French and Spanish localization

When I was contacted a few weeks ago by the developer, with news of this update, I was given 4 promo codes to offer out, but shortly after I received the email, I was advised the promo codes were no good, as there was a problem with the current batch of App Store promo codes. I've not been able to obtain any new promo codes for Showtime, so have decided to just post the 4 I have, and if they work, they work, and if they don't they don't. These are offered on a first come first serve basis, so grab a code, and give it a try, who knows, they may work after all. Even if they don't work, check out the video above, and if you like the look of the app, then go grab yourself a copy, after all, it's less than $2.
