Not happy about having to pay for not one but two add ons... Bit of a con... And I hate the new icon too... And theyve taken away the option to choose the colour from the pic... Change it back, previous ui was better too...

I like the auto color. I was never interested in coloring in the photograph anyway. This makes the app much more usable. I was a bit upset about paying a little more for it. I felt like it should have been a feature since the beginning. I dislike the new UI once you complete a picture you have to go back through all of the previous steps to get back to the main menu... unless I am missing something.

Here is an example of the auto color: http://www.flickr.com/photos/robertbarr/5581017975/

I really miss the option to make the lines smooth. It might still be available, but I can't find it. That was the function I used most.

The auto color function, however, is a winner. Having to buy twices for almost identical functions removes that redeeming feature.

In general, this update is a downgrade...

There are a few bugs in this version that I've found. The developers are very responsive when you drop them an email.

The big upside to this version is the full resolution output. I haven't yet bought the color add on, but probably will. I tend to use the output with Image Blender to get the color version of things.

I agree, the author is great.

When I contacted her regarding the smoothing function she wrote back that the the original version of that function had been the reason why they previously couldn't offer full resolution. She has promised a new smoothing function in the next update.
