Infinicam, CameraBag, and CameraBag for iPad from developer Nevercenter are currently on offer, with up to 50% off their regular App Store price.
Infinicam is a process of photographic discovery and sharing. With each press of the New Camera button, Infinicam generates a new and unique randomized camera style (represented by a 7-digit code) which combines a wide array of photographic effects borrowed from analog cameras and film. These high quality effects go far beyond the usual range of toy camera styles, and Infinicam also features 18 high-quality film-style borders lovingly recreated to delight photography buffs. There are literally billions of possible camera styles to discover, with advanced algorithms in place to assure a high hit rate of unique, high quality results.

CameraBag, one of the granddaddy's of the App Store contains 14 predefined filters that have been designed to emulate retro effects created by toy cameras of yesteryear, and some not so old cameras of yesterday, including effects like "Helga", the square-format toy camera with washed out highlights and old-school vignetting; "Colourcross", that Hazy, chemical colour-swapping look straight from the darkroom; "1974", just like your father or grandfathers camera: faded, tinted, and hip; "Lolo", shoot from the hip and take life as it comes with vibrant, colourful shots; "Mono", for those Smooth, refined, balanced black and whites; and "Plastic", which gives those sweet honey tones that could only come from the cheapest of cameras.

CameraBag for iPad, is CameraBag's bigger brother, that comes with the same set of filters, but has much more flexibility, letting you mix the format and borders with the different filter effects.

Inifinicam looks like its a good app & has some 'believeable" reviews but...the last update was over a year ago. 10 Nov 2010 and today has just turned to 14 Nov 2011 (it's a lil after midnite EST in the States).
Just wondering if anyone knew anything of ~"if, when, where, what" the new or update in general will be?!? Or am I just reaching for stars of magic again?
Thanks!~
