Book Review part 3 of 4: iPhone Photography & Video for Dummies by Angelo Micheletti

Of the 3 books I've looked so far in the series of book review, iPhone Photography & Video for Dummies by Angelo Micheletti has to be the most disappointing.

Whilst this book does look at the video element of the iPhone, it spends far too much time covering the iPhone's in-built apps, and disappointingly far too much time looking at editing your iPhone photos with iPhoto '09.

Whilst the book does look at photographic related iPhone accessories, like the OWLE Bubo, it is not until chapter 9, that the author explores apps designed to help enhance your iPhoneography.

Currently priced at $13.69 on Amazon.com or £8.50 on Amazon.co.uk, this is a disappointing book, that sadly get a thumbs down from me.

This is a back to basics photography book, that I actually enjoyed since it was the first book I read on how to shoot pictures.

I will check it out, the dummies books are not bad actually. I have few on different topics like guitar and violin and they are one of the best beginners books.
Only one problem I see with this type of book that also suggest apps is that when the book comes to print things are already shifted to some other apps, but it sounds this book is more in general terms.
