Price Drop: Vignettr free for a limited time

This universal app is currently available for free, and lets you enhance the photos on your iOS device with the following effects/filters:

• Presets - pre-loaded presets for quick results.
• Vignette - for drawing the viewer's eye to the subject, or giving a retro look.
• ND Grad filter - the graduated neutral density effect to create dynamic skies.
• Letterbox - create a cinematic "letter box" effect to either the vertical or horizontal of your images.
• Border - locking the letterbox tool allows you to make a simple border around your image.
• Luminance adjustments - Adjust the image brightness and contrast/black point.
• Tint - The new tint adjustment allows you to tint your photos with a variable amount of colour. Great for people who enjoy toy camera and iphoneography styles. When using a tint colour of white you can also progressively desaturate the image all the way to grayscale.

The apps user interface leaves a lot to be desired, and relies on undocumented [accept for the App Store description] left or right finger swipes across the screen to select the above effects.

Vignettr supports full-res on all devices, and despite my reservations about the user interface, it can produce some pleasing results, and at its current free price tag, is worth the download.

Great App at twice the price. I will buy an App if it does just one thing better than other Apps. This is about as good a Vignetter as I can imagine. Two sliders, size and opacity. Perfect.

Also, in keeping with my statement...the Noir preset alone is worth the download.
